A sales page for “check first, pay after”
Tun Wan Digital builds one-page websites for small local businesses from their Google Maps details. Most visitors arrive from a WhatsApp link to a draft of their own site, and come to check two things: who is behind it, and whether the price is real.

Decisions
One place for prices
Packages are one list in the CMS. The price section, the search engine data and the AI-readable summary all read from it, so they cannot disagree.
Only real projects
A project cannot be published without the owner’s permission ticked and a live https address that answers.
Malay first, English beside it
Malay at the root and English at /en, translated field by field in the same CMS entry.
What the owner changes alone
Pages
Pages are built from blocks, with drafts, versions and a live preview.
Packages and prices
Change a price once and every place that shows it follows.
Guides
Short articles, each with a one or two sentence answer that AI assistants can quote.
Built with
| Built with | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Next.js 16 | Pages are built once and served fast. A saved change shows on the site straight away. |
| Payload CMS 3 | The owner edits text, prices and photos in Malay or English, without waiting for a developer. |
| SQLite | One data file, copied off the server every night. |
| Playwright WebKit | Every release is opened in Safari on an iPhone before it goes live. If it fails, the old version stays. |
