Who we are

This website is run by Sasa Teguh, based in Malaysia. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Sasa Teguh. We follow the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What this website records on its own

Visitors get no cookies, no advertising trackers and no cross-site tracking. Like every web server, ours writes technical logs (IP address, page requested, time and browser type) to keep the site secure. These logs are rotated automatically and kept only for a short period. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to protect it from attacks and serve it quickly, under its own privacy policy.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with Umami, privacy-friendly analytics that we host on our own server. It uses no cookies, does not build a profile of you, does not store your IP address, and respects your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting. It records the page you viewed, the site that sent you, your country, and your device and browser type, so we can see which pages are useful.

When you contact us

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number or email, business name, what you are interested in and your message, plus the page you sent it from. It is stored in our own content system. A copy may be sent to our team as a Telegram notification so we can reply quickly; Telegram processes it under its own privacy policy.

If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your name, phone number and message. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy. If you email us at hello@sasateguh.com, we receive your email address and message; our mailbox is hosted by Purelymail. If you book a call, we store the time you chose, your name, e-mail and phone number, and e-mail you a calendar invitation.

How we use it

• To reply to you and deliver work you ask for
• Never sold, rented or shared for anyone else’s marketing
• Never added to a mailing list without your permission

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. If you become a client, we keep what the law requires for business records.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact form, by email to hello@sasateguh.com or on WhatsApp, and we will respond within 21 days.
