This website is run by Sasa Teguh, based in Malaysia. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Sasa Teguh. By using this site you accept these terms.

What this site is for

The site describes our work and our services. It is general information, not professional advice for your situation. We keep it accurate, but services and details can change.

Prices, quotes and agreements

Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept on its own. Work starts only after we send you a written quote or agreement and you accept it. That document, not this page, sets the scope, price and timing of the work.

Our portfolio

• Client projects are websites and systems we built. Results and testimonials are shown only with the client’s written permission.
• Concepts are redesigns we made on our own initiative. The businesses shown did not commission, pay for or endorse them, and no result is claimed for them. Their names and trademarks belong to them, and their logos are replaced in our screenshots.
• If a concept shows your business and you want it removed, write to hello@sasateguh.com. We take it down within 24 hours.
• Speed and accessibility scores are Lighthouse lab measurements on a simulated phone, on the date shown. They are not a promise of how a site performs for every visitor.

Music

Releases from Sasa Teguh Records are made with AI music tools and curated by the label. The recordings and artwork belong to the label. You can listen through the stores linked on each release page, under each store’s own terms. Using the music in anything else, such as an advert or a video you publish, needs our written permission, except where a platform’s own music library already licenses that use.

Content on this site

The text, design and images on this site are ours or used with permission. You may quote short passages from our guides with a link to the page. Please do not copy whole pages or present our work as your own.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites, stores and tools. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

Liability

We provide this site as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on the general information on it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other Malaysian law that cannot be excluded.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia decide any dispute about them.
